Kingdom Kampala

Kingdom Kampala is a 610,000 square foot development, covering an area of 14 acres and located in the heart of the central business district in Kampala, Uganda.

The development, which is being overseen by Mara and its partners, will house an internationally branded 5-star hotel, a large convention centre, a modern branded office park, a branded shopping mall and retail space, parking, natural landscaping and water features.

Kingdom Kampala is expected to be completed, in phases, by 2018.

Mara World Tanzania: DAR City

Mara is developing Dar City, a state-of-the-art mixed-use development of 3.5 million square feet, covering an area of 24 acres on a strategic site in Dar es Salaam.

Expected to become a major landmark, Dar City is one of the largest real estate projects in Sub-Saharan Africa. The project comprises the largest retail mall in East Africa, two internationally branded hotels, a convention centre, serviced apartments, a modern hospital, as well as a large-scale office park.
